School CURRICULUM

Our School curriculum emphasizes the importance of play and language acquisition in a child's development. The philosophy emphasizes the use of both languages in play and learning activities to promote bilingualism and multiculturalism.

The play-based aspect of this philosophy recognizes that children learn best through play, exploration, and discovery. It emphasizes the importance of creating a stimulating and engaging environment that allows children to experiment, take risks, and learn at their own pace. Play-based learning can involve activities such as storytelling, puppetry, role-playing, games, and creative arts.

There are many benefits, including cognitive, social, and cultural advantages. It emphasizes the importance of exposing children to both languages in a supportive and nurturing environment and celebrates cultural diversity.

One of the main goals of our program is to support children in developing their language skills in both languages. This can be achieved through activities that encourage communication and interaction between children in multiple languages, such as Storytime, circle time, songs, games and activities that incorporate both languages, and children are given the opportunity to interact with peers who speak different languages.

Collaborative and inclusive learning

In our program, collaboration and inclusivity are key values. Children are encouraged to work together and learn from each other, regardless of their background or language abilities. Teachers create an environment where all children feel valued and included and celebrate the diversity of the children's backgrounds and experiences. By incorporating cultural elements and traditions into the curriculum, children can develop a sense of respect and understanding for diversity.

Play-based learning

Our program prioritizes the child's interests, curiosities, and natural learning style. Children are given the freedom to explore and discover the world around them at their own pace, with teachers acting as facilitators rather than directors.

Through play, children can develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills in a fun and engaging way, while also practicing their language skills in both languages.

Director

As the Director, I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where children can explore their creativity and express themselves in multiple languages. My program prioritizes the children's voices, and I believe that their ideas are the foundation for a meaningful and engaging experience. My team and I work closely with the children to create a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We celebrate bilingualism and encourage all children to use their language skills to communicate and connect with others.

I am dedicated to providing high-quality programming that promotes social-emotional learning, creativity, and cultural awareness. I believe this program has the power to inspire and transform, and I feel privileged to be a part of a program that nurtures the unique talents and perspectives of each child.
